Dr. Laurie and Dr. Sean are fantastic! Their after care is phenomenal! I’ve been wearing hearing aids since I was 5 years old and have many different brands over 40 years of wearing them. They carry multiple different brands at their office, instead of just one like most places. They do the audio tests, the fittings then recommend the best brand for your type of loss and work with your insurance company. The #1 thing they do is the follow up after care!!!! They make sure they fit comfortably, if not, they’ll order another type. They sit down with you many times to make audio adjustments. Certain sounds too low? Too sharp? They’ll adjust that. My best tip is go to as many places as possible when you first get them. Restaurants, grocery stores, movies. Take note of what sounds off, then go back and they’ll make those adjustments. — Lauren
